My Journey With Liift4
I lost sight of my wellness goals shortly after Emma's birthday In January 2023. The combination of immersing myself in a new job, grieving my previous job (the company closed its doors, and I had worked there for 14 years), and other life stresses derailed me. I maintained my workout routine, but my nutrition suffered. Coupled with the challenges of perimenopause, I began gaining weight. However, in June 2023, I decided to reclaim my path. I started on the Liift 4 program, dedicating myself fully to workouts and focusing on nutrition. Finally, I'm witnessing positive results that made me proud. I'm so pleased with the outcome that I've decided to redo the program.
Embarking on this program evoked a tinge of nervousness stemming from its reputation for quick transition times. Despite this, I pressed play and kept the remote within reach, allowing me to pause when necessary. With hindsight, I'm incredibly pleased that I did. Joel Freeman, the trainer behind Liift4, does an excellent job motivating and guiding you throughout the workouts. His instructions are clear, and he keeps you engaged throughout the session.
Since starting Liift4, my strength and endurance have shown advancements. Initially, I wouldn't say I liked push-ups, but my perspective changed as I embarked on this program. The reason behind my struggle prior was a lack of strength. However, I can confidently say I have seen improvement with them. This progress underscores the program's effectiveness in helping with strength.
Regarding the scale results, I have successfully lost 17 pounds as I finish week 8 of the program. As a friendly reminder, individual results may vary based on starting point, effort, and following BODi's wellness and fitness plan.
