Super Blocks are a series of five weekly workouts for three weeks, followed by a UP (Unconditional Progress) week to reset and recover. The UP week is a chance to dial back the intensity and give your body a break. Each Super Block program includes a variety of workouts from different Beachbody trainers and programs that include a variety of workouts, incorporating cardio, strength training, and core.
You must have a BODi subscription to access the Super Blocks.

June: Job1—This super block is a 20-minute workout that uses bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to maximize intensity. It is designed for the entire body and includes strength and cardio.
July: Barre Blend—This Super Block is perfect for those looking to tone their bodies and improve their flexibility. It includes workouts that incorporate ballet-inspired movements.
August: Morning Meltdown 100—This Super Block is perfect for those short on time and wanting a great workout. It includes 20-minute intense workouts.
September: 4 Weeks for EveryBody—This Super Block is perfect for those looking to improve their overall fitness and get in shape from head to toe. It includes a variety of workouts that target all major muscle groups.
October: Muscle Burns Fat - This Super Block is designed to help you build muscle and burn fat simultaneously.
