I advise against this program for those new to fitness, suggesting they establish a foundational fitness level first. However, it's worth noting that even without being an athlete, this was the third BODi program I completed with the assistance of modifications.

I went from a pancake butt to a more lifted and shapely butt.

However, it might be challenging for some to adhere to such a strict diet plan for the entire duration. I've personally completed this program three times (non-consecutively). During my last round, I followed the nutrition plan diligently, incorporating portion control, timing nutrition, one superfood shake daily, and my pre-workout supplement. The results were nothing short of amazing!
Results-wise, the 80-Day Obsession can lead to impressive transformations when followed diligently. I noticed significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall physique. However, it's essential to remember that individual results may vary based on fitness level, consistency, and dedication.
I am horrible at capturing before and after photos, but I can proudly attest to my remarkable progress. My strength soared, my lifting capacity increased significantly, and I shed an impressive 13 pounds. With my third attempt, I reached new heights of achievement. I modified most exercises in my initial endeavor, often thinking some moves were beyond my capabilities. However, by the third round, my confidence was unwavering. Those once-intimidating moves? I conquered them with a resounding "Yes, I've got this!" It's crucial to remember that modification is always an option, and even when I chose that route, the results spoke for themselves. My motto is to modify where you need to and intensify where you can.
One potential drawback is the time commitment required for the workouts, which can be demanding for individuals with busy schedules. Additionally, some exercises might be too intense for beginners, making it crucial to listen to your body and modify as needed.
